Operate and support multi-cloud data platform components (Alibaba Cloud and AWS). Own QA and evaluation systems for multilingual AI agents: build evaluation gates, AI-driven localization testing, annotation/eval infrastructure, and feedback loops to auto-publish translations safely at scale. Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, AI, linguists, and design to turn subjective quality into measurable, automatable systems.

Design, optimize, and operate middleware and distributed system architectures (microservice governance, RPC, messaging, and data middlewares). Select and implement middleware technologies, tune performance, ensure high availability and security, deploy and monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and introduce new technologies to improve team capabilities.

Lead a team managing P2P liquidity providers: ensure marketplace depth and reliability, run partner tiering and retention programs, use funnel/data analysis to drive growth, and coordinate with risk to improve user quality and dispute reduction.

Lead non-functional architecture and service stability across business lines.
