Own the roadmap and growth strategy for a chat-based B2B SaaS channel serving Singapore and Malaysia. Define product requirements, manage messaging and customer flows, coordinate go-to-market launches across marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering, and use metrics and experiments to prioritize initiatives. The role also manages launch dependencies, unblocks stakeholders, and reports channel performance to leadership.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will manage project processes, client relationships, revenue expansion, and service delivery governance while leading a portfolio of merchant clients.
