Teams at EPOS

Supports the Sales Operations team with HubSpot CRM maintenance, sales data organization, Excel reporting, dashboard development, workflow automation, data cleaning, process testing, SOP documentation, and ad-hoc analysis. The intern will learn CRM administration, reporting, automation, and process improvement while identifying manual tasks that can be optimized.

Supports the Sales team with contact list and database maintenance, sales reporting, data tracking, basic performance analytics, process improvement, documentation, data entry, coordination, and administrative tasks. The intern works with sales colleagues to maintain accurate information and improve operational efficiency while gaining experience in sales operations, reporting, and business processes.

Assist in coordinating client projects, tracking progress, preparing documentation, and attending meetings during the project lifecycle.
