About EPOS

EPOS is an AI-enabled digitalisation company serving small and medium-sized enterprises across Southeast Asia. In Singapore, our business spans a high-ticket legacy point-of-sale solution and EPOS360, an all-in-one app-based digitalisation solution built for high-volume merchant acquisition.

About the role

Own Singapore marketing from planning and prioritisation through execution and measurement. You will build an integrated marketing plan across paid media, SEO, social media, content, brand, PR, partnerships and events, connecting market awareness with qualified demand, merchant acquisition and revenue.

This role suits a performance-led integrated marketer ready to take the next step into full-market ownership. You will shape local priorities within the wider marketing direction, lead the Singapore team and agency partners, and stay hands-on where needed.

Key responsibilities Singapore marketing ownership

  • Set the Singapore marketing plan, calendar, budget priorities and KPIs for both business lines, balancing near-term acquisition with sustained brand development.
  • Lead and coach the local team across performance, social, content, design and video; brief agencies and specialists, set clear priorities and hold delivery to a high standard.
  • Partner with sales and merchant acquisition teams on audience needs, lead quality and conversion. Report results, risks and recommendations to the Head of Marketing, Malaysia.

Performance marketing and SEO

  • Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google and relevant channels. Plan, optimise and test campaigns, audiences, creative and landing pages, stepping into execution when required.
  • Use funnel data to improve qualified lead generation, acquisition costs and campaign ROI.
  • Set SEO priorities across content, on-page optimisation and technical improvements, working with specialists to grow relevant organic traffic and conversions.

Social media and content

  • Own the Singapore social and content strategy, aligning channel choices, editorial plans and creative direction with business priorities and audience needs.
  • Guide the team on product education, merchant stories, video and campaign content. Ensure messaging is clear, locally relevant and consistent across channels.
  • Evaluate content through engagement quality, audience growth and contribution to demand; use insights to improve formats, distribution and creative performance.

Brand and public relations

  • Shape Singapore positioning and messaging for both business lines, translating product benefits into a clear and consistent story for SME audiences.
  • Plan local brand and PR initiatives, identify relevant media and storytelling opportunities, and coordinate agencies or partners on outreach and communications.
  • Maintain brand standards across campaigns and customer touchpoints, and coordinate sensitive communications with the Head of Marketing and relevant stakeholders.

Partnerships and events

  • Identify and deliver partnerships, merchant events, sales workshops and activations that support awareness, qualified demand and acquisition.
  • Manage planning, delivery and follow-up with commercial teams and partners; assess outcomes against agreed objectives and resource investment.

Experience that would be valuable

  • Experience in fintech, payments, B2B SaaS or SME-focused products, especially a self-serve or app-based offering.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s SME landscape and exposure to PR, media relations, partnerships or events.

Growth and opportunity

This role offers a meaningful step into full Singapore marketing ownership, with exposure to two commercial models and the opportunity to strengthen your leadership, commercial judgement and integrated marketing capability. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Malaysia, while taking responsibility for local decisions and outcomes. As the business develops, there may be opportunities to deepen your scope or contribute to wider initiatives, based on business needs and demonstrated impact.

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, with experience owning campaigns or a marketing function and guiding junior marketers, agencies or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong hands-on paid media capability, with a track record of planning, building and optimising campaigns and interpreting acquisition and conversion data.
  • Practical experience across social media, content and branding, with the judgement to connect channels into a coherent marketing plan.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and how organic search complements paid acquisition; ability to set priorities and manage specialist support.
  • Commercial judgement, clear communication and confidence in managing budgets, priorities and stakeholders. You can make day-to-day decisions independently and seek alignment on major strategic or investment decisions.
  • Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving environment, balancing planning with execution and developing the people and partners around you.
  • You should bring depth in performance marketing and the breadth to lead integrated marketing. Specialist expertise in every channel is not required; knowing when and how to draw on others is essential.
