We are looking for a Sales Operations & Automation Intern to support our Sales Operations team with HubSpot, data management, reporting and process automation.
This is a good opportunity for someone who is interested in Data Analytics, CRM and automation and wants to gain hands-on experience working with real business processes.
What You'll Do- Support day-to-day HubSpot CRM updates and maintenance
- Help maintain and organize sales data and ensure information is accurate
- Assist with Excel reports, data analysis and basic dashboards
- Support HubSpot workflow and automation setup and testing
- Help with data cleaning, duplicate checking and field mapping
- Assist in testing new HubSpot processes before they go live
- Help document SOPs and step-by-step processes
- Support the Sales Operations team with ad-hoc data and reporting tasks
- Learn and assist with identifying manual processes that can be automated
Must-haves:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
- Interested in Data Analytics, CRM or Automation
- Willingness to learn HubSpot and new tools
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and follow processes
Nice-to-haves:
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM
- Familiarity with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, etc.
- Basic understanding of data analysis
- Interest in automation or AI tools
During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in:
