The 18-month Graduate Talent Trainee program develops graduates through hands-on experience, training, mentorship, and business or technical rotations. Trainees will focus on Sales or Business Development, collaborate globally, contribute to business projects, develop expertise in blockchain, cloud computing, AI, and data centers, and build skills for future key contributor roles.

Own the product experience and roadmap for Bitdeer’s AI Cloud platform, including its console, APIs, customer onboarding, resource deployment, usage, billing, access control, and operational capabilities. Partner with compute, storage, networking, engineering, infrastructure, sales, and support teams to deliver a unified, scalable cloud experience. Engage customers and developers, translate feedback into solutions, and drive self-service automation and full product lifecycle execution.

Supports the Finance department with business travel, visa applications, calendar management, team events, expense tracking, reimbursements, light finance administration, filing, and ad hoc requests. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities and last-minute changes. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant administrative or executive support experience and be comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

Supports financing and fundraising for GPU computing and data-center infrastructure projects. Builds financial, cash-flow, debt-service, and return models; evaluates loans, leases, asset-backed facilities, project finance, and private-credit solutions; prepares lender and executive materials; supports diligence, documentation, closing, funding, and post-close monitoring. Tracks capital expenditures, liquidity, covenants, and financing milestones while partnering with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Operations, and Procurement. Conducts market research and develops scenario analyses for GPU deployment, utilization, power capacity, revenue, costs, and liquidity.

Own developer documentation for Bitdeer AI’s MaaS platform, including OpenAPI-driven API references, onboarding guides, runnable code samples, release notes, and changelogs. Verify documentation against service behavior, maintain a docs-as-code pipeline, organize technical information, gather details from engineering and product teams, and use developer feedback to improve documentation and API usability.

Own usage-to-invoice reconciliation for an AI Model-as-a-Service platform. Investigate billing discrepancies, maintain consumption-based pricing models, calculate GPU outage service credits, monitor billing data quality, build anomaly checks, and support customer billing disputes. The role partners with engineering, finance, data, and customer-facing teams while using SQL, billing platforms, spreadsheets, and Python to improve billing accuracy and reliability.

Characterize production inference traffic, validate benchmarking harnesses against live workloads, and develop capacity forecasts and GPU cost models. Define canonical latency, throughput, and utilization metrics, maintain performance dashboards, and provide trustworthy reporting for engineering, product, leadership, and finance. The role requires analyzing token distributions, concurrency, burstiness, GPU utilization, and unit economics across LLM and embedding workloads while partnering with infrastructure and serving teams.

Own billing accuracy for a usage-based GPU cloud by designing pricing models, analyzing Kubernetes usage, reconciling metered consumption to invoices, administering GPU-fault credits, and maintaining auditable billing processes. Partner with finance, product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to define metering requirements, validate billing outputs, support product launches, investigate discrepancies, and establish controls for pricing, invoicing, month-end close, and customer credits.

Build and own Bitdeer’s Terraform provider, CLI, and SDKs for provisioning GPU clusters and Kubernetes workloads. Responsibilities include provider architecture, state and drift management, CLI workflows, generated and hand-written SDK layers, API contract collaboration, versioning, compatibility, release pipelines, acceptance testing, documentation, and adoption telemetry. The role requires adapting to an evolving control-plane API while maintaining reliable developer-facing infrastructure-as-code products.

Own technical documentation for an AI Cloud Kubernetes platform, including API, SDK, CLI, Terraform, onboarding, and release documentation. Validate examples against source code and live environments, maintain a docs-as-code pipeline, and publish documentation with product releases. Analyze support-ticket trends to identify documentation gaps, communicate breaking changes and migrations, and partner closely with engineering and product teams to ensure new interfaces are documented and self-service workflows are effective.

Own end-to-end R&D delivery for a multi-region, 10,000+ GPU cloud platform. Responsibilities include integrated planning, scheduling, milestone and critical-path tracking, dependency and risk management, delivery-process improvement, program rituals, leadership reporting, escalation, and coordinating regional rollouts with engineering teams.

Build and operate provider adapters connecting an AI Model-as-a-Service platform with third-party inference providers. Normalize APIs, streaming, capabilities, errors, authentication, and rate limits; implement cost controls, circuit breakers, monitoring, contract tests, and failover. Reconcile provider invoices with usage telemetry, evaluate new vendors, and diagnose upstream reliability issues using observability tools. The role requires backend engineering experience, production API integration expertise, LLM provider knowledge, and usage-billing monitoring experience.

Manage financial reporting, monthly close, audits, SEC filings, accounting research, internal controls, and reporting processes. Prepare financial statements, management reports, accounting memoranda, policies, and supporting documentation while ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and applicable reporting requirements. Coordinate with auditors and internal teams, analyze operating results, and improve financial reporting processes.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for regional Model-as-a-Service opportunities, from qualified handoff through pricing, negotiation, contracting, and signature. Responsibilities include managing quota, self-sourcing opportunities, forecasting pipeline in CRM, coordinating with Legal, Commercial, and Solutions Engineering, and refining commercial guardrails. The role targets candidates with 5–8 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI/ML, or usage-based cloud offerings.

Leads full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor, engineering, and technology roles. Develops sourcing strategies, engages passive candidates, maps technical talent markets, manages recruitment channels, advises hiring leaders, assesses candidates, supports employer branding, ensures legal compliance, and improves talent acquisition processes. The role requires strong semiconductor recruiting expertise, international hiring experience, stakeholder management, market intelligence, and proficiency with recruiting technology.

Lead product strategy, portfolio, commercialization, and organizational development for a global AI cloud infrastructure platform. Own GPU compute, bare metal, containers, networking, storage, AI training and inference products, including pricing, metering, SLAs, utilization, revenue, and margins. Partner across engineering, infrastructure, operations, sales, and solutions teams while building a high-performing product organization and scaling standardized cloud capabilities for developers and enterprise customers.

Own frontend development for Bitdeer’s AI Cloud console, instance management, and Kubernetes cluster management modules. Design frontend architecture, improve performance and stability, establish engineering standards, review code, document best practices, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver reliable cloud infrastructure experiences.

Lead productization of high-performance computing chips across silicon, boards, firmware, drivers, and servers. Own architecture, silicon bring-up, cross-layer debugging, validation, system performance, stability, production readiness, and customer delivery. Translate inference workloads into system requirements, define testing strategies, coordinate ODM/JDM and engineering teams, resolve root causes, and balance schedule, quality, cost, and performance.

Design and implement scalable Kubernetes control plane architectures (Cluster API, Operators, CRDs), optimize etcd, ensure secure multi-tenant API isolation, enable zero-downtime upgrades and multi-cluster federation, integrate with GPU orchestration, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and drive platform reliability.
