Manage end-to-end purchase orders, supplier follow-up, shipment tracking, freight bookings, customs clearance, and import/export documentation across Asia. The role partners with platform teams to develop storage-fault predictors and convert operational procedures into executable runbooks.

Owns end-to-end reliability for a customer-facing GPU cloud service, including Kubernetes GPU clusters, multi-tenant isolation, topology-aware scheduling, bare-metal provisioning, observability, incident response, and SLO management. The role automates GPU failure recovery, manages infrastructure as code and GitOps workflows, supports customer communications, and develops safe control-plane workflows for AIOps and self-healing operations.

Owns production Kubernetes platforms optimized for large-scale GPU workloads. Responsibilities include GPU scheduling and isolation, topology-aware resource management, CRD and operator development, bare-metal provisioning, Terraform automation, SRE observability, SLO management, incident response, and automated GPU fault remediation. The role also integrates Slurm, Ray, and Kubeflow while enabling self-service multi-tenant GPU infrastructure and AIOps workflows.

Support day-to-day fiat and crypto treasury back-office operations: payments, bank administration, reconciliations, wallet and custody monitoring, exchange and OTC settlements, on-chain reconciliation, controls and compliance, treasury reporting, SOP maintenance, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.

Build and maintain cycle-approximate and analytical full-chip performance models (tile array, NoC, memory, IO) in C++/SystemC and Python; analyze LLM/CNN workloads and rooflines; model traffic, contention, memory QoS; run architectural sweeps and provide recommendations; collaborate with compiler and design teams; validate models against RTL/emulation/silicon and deliver reporting/dashboards for leadership.

Design and produce visual assets and motion graphics for digital, print, and video campaigns. Ensure brand consistency, collaborate with marketing/product teams, manage multiple projects, prepare final files for production, and maintain an organized asset library.
