Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Systems Analyst (L2) is responsible for establishing, operating, and continuously improving technical operations and support processes for global data center environments. This role goes beyond monitoring and reporting. The ideal candidate will drive incident and problem management, perform root cause analysis, and build operational processes from the ground up to ensure system stability, reliability, and scalability across global operations.

What you will be responsible for:

Operations & Incident Management

  • Own and drive L2/L3 incident management, including incident triage, coordination, escalation, and resolution.
  • Lead problem management and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical incidents, ensuring preventive actions are implemented.
  • Act as a key technical point of contact during major incidents affecting data center operations.

Process Setup & Continuous Improvement

  • Design, implement, and mature operational processes (incident, problem, change, maintenance) starting from minimal or zero baseline.
  • Apply ITIL-aligned practices to improve operational stability, response time, and service quality.
  • Identify operational gaps and proactively propose improvements to tooling, workflows, and documentation.

System & Infrastructure Operations

  • Support the stability and performance of data center systems, mining equipment, and related infrastructure assets.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, QA, and on-site teams to resolve complex system-level issues.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new deployments, changes, or expansions.

Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis

  • Define and track key operational metrics (availability, incident trends, failure patterns).
  • Produce clear and actionable operational reports for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Use data to support decision-making, not just reporting.

Cross-Functional & Project Support

  • Support operational aspects of strategic projects such as data center deployment, system migration, or process rollout.
  • Travel to operational sites when required to understand on-site workflows and improve remote support effectiveness.

How you will stand out:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, system operations, or L2/L3 operations / systems analyst roles. Background in data center operations, infrastructure environments, manufacturing, semiconductor, or similar large-scale operations is highly valued. Experience building or scaling operations processes from scratch is an advantage
  • Technical Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field. Strong understanding of systems, infrastructure, and operational troubleshooting
  • Process & Framework Knowledge: Solid experience in incident and problem management. ITIL certification or hands-on ITIL practice is a strong advantage
  • Tools & Systems: Experience with incident / ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent
  • Good Communication Skills and able to coordinate across global, cross-functional teams during incidents and projects
  • Willingness to travel for operational understanding and collaboration

What you will experience working with us:

  • A culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;
  • An inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;
  • Fast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;
  • Ability to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;
  • Involvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;
  • Personal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;
  • Attractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.
