Manage end-to-end purchase orders, supplier follow-up, shipment tracking, freight bookings, customs clearance, and import/export documentation across Asia. Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, warehouses, finance, engineering, and data center teams. Monitor in-transit inventory, resolve delivery exceptions, support provider evaluations and rate negotiations, maintain audit-ready records, and prepare logistics and procurement performance reports.

Own global insurance procurement and coverage management for data center assets, while developing supply chain and trade finance solutions for hardware purchases. Lead broker, insurer, bank, and financing partner relationships; manage RFPs, negotiations, contracts, governance, vendor panels, claims, reporting, and compliance. Partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, and Data Center Operations to align insurance and financing structures with business needs.

Operate and optimize large-scale InfiniBand and RoCEv2 GPU-cluster networks. Responsibilities include fabric design, subnet management, QoS, performance tuning, firmware lifecycle, fault diagnosis, NCCL optimization, telemetry integration, predictive-maintenance modeling, and runbook automation. The role also coordinates escalations with Nvidia/Mellanox and supports AIOps workflows for network health and remediation.
