Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior HRBP to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. He/she will help plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

What you will be responsible for:

      • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing expert HR guidance and support on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
      • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformations and growth objectives.
      • Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions such as talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
      • Provide coaching and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, employee relations, and performance management.
      • Develop and implement HR programs that improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
      • Oversee complex employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while minimizing risk.
      • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, etc.) to implement programs that support business needs.
      • Analyze HR metrics and trends, preparing reports to inform business decisions and improve HR practices.
      • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

      How you will stand out:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
      • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role within a dynamic organization.
      • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
      • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Experience driving change management and organizational development initiatives.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and learning ability to navigate complex HR issues.
