The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, research, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Power BI.

Supports global franchise strategy and planning through franchise toolkit development, portal maintenance, content curation, user access management, AI chatbot testing, audit system implementation, performance tracking, and competitor research. Coordinates initiatives with country teams across China, Europe, and other global markets, while helping improve franchisee learning resources and portal user experience.

Supports strategic investment and M&A activities through market research, investment feasibility analysis, financial modeling, macroeconomic and benchmark research, deal-risk assessment, approval materials, and potential transaction execution. The role collaborates with internal teams to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency while developing analytical and financial systems skills.

Supports CapitaLand’s corporate social responsibility initiatives in Singapore through programme coordination, volunteer management, stakeholder engagement, data collection, reporting, process digitalisation, and communications content development. The intern will assist with CSR events, impact tracking, digital media, presentations, and impact storytelling while contributing to community development projects.

Lead enterprise talent management initiatives, including succession planning, high-potential identification, leadership development, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
