Supports leasing, management, budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and portfolio performance reporting for real estate assets. Maintains system security, data integrity, workflow processes, and space requirements. Assists with leasing deal documentation, asset business planning, market and competitor research, data analysis, and management updates for stakeholders.

Lead design and operation of group-wide performance management and reward programmes for asset-management and corporate businesses. Develop compensation strategies (base, annual and long-term incentives, carried interest, co-investment), conduct benchmarking, financial modelling, governance, and implementation. Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, Legal, Finance and external advisers, support M&A due diligence and integrations, and produce analytics, communications and programme administration.

The role involves developing decarbonisation pathways for global properties, analyzing sustainability data, optimizing building performance, and managing sustainability-related data systems.
