Plans and manages events such as food festivals, technology showcases, and wellness activities, coordinating partners and vendors from concept through post-event evaluation.

Supports group-wide innovation projects through conceptualization, prototyping, assessment, project management, and implementation. Conducts technology scouting, researches emerging trends, engages startup communities, supports technology-driven process improvements, and promotes internal innovation initiatives through communications, platforms, meetings, and idea challenges.

Supports operational excellence initiatives by standardizing SOPs, refining operational frameworks, analyzing performance data, coordinating improvement projects, researching best practices, testing digital tools, and preparing reports, presentations, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
