Support global sustainability data efforts by collecting, validating, and analysing energy, waste, and carbon data. Onboard properties onto UL 360 and Greenview Portal, maintain dashboards and reports, liaise with property teams and parent company, perform QA checks, and assist with sustainability reporting, research, and ad-hoc projects.

Support the global lyf business development team by collecting materials, preparing pitch decks and strategy submissions, conducting competitor and destination reviews, tracking conferences, and performing data analysis to generate insights and support special projects.

Support daily mall operations including cleaning, M&E, fire safety, and car park. Prepare RFQ technical specifications, coordinate tenant fit-outs and reinstatements, assist with Capex and ISO 9001 documentation, perform daily site walks to identify defects, and handle ad-hoc operations duties.
