Leads mechanical building services design and delivery for complex projects across commercial, healthcare, institutional, hotel, industrial, and school sectors. Responsibilities include managing project planning and resourcing, coordinating multidisciplinary M&E teams, overseeing technical quality, preparing designs and tenders, supporting commissioning and assurance, monitoring costs and progress, advising clients, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires strong HVAC design, BIM, stakeholder management, and consultancy experience.

Lead mechanical and MEP project delivery across complex building-services projects. Provide technical leadership, design assurance, governance, client advice, and multidisciplinary team coordination. Manage project risks, costs, schedules, commercial performance, and profitability while delivering compliant HVAC solutions. Develop client relationships, support business growth, mentor team members, and represent the business with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain Revit/Dynamo/Forma tools, plugins and data pipelines. Identify workflow inefficiencies, build scalable automations, own tool lifecycles, document code, and support rollout and training for MEP/BIM teams.

Lead MEP BIM modelling activities: perform quality checks, manage and troubleshoot MEP models, mentor BIM team members, advise on BIM strategies, plan resourcing, and deliver BIM trainings to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory submissions.

The BIM Manager will lead digital delivery, ensure quality in BIM processes, mentor team members, and manage project timelines. Responsibilities include continuous improvement of BIM standards, troubleshooting model issues, and conducting training.

The Manager - Mechanical will oversee mechanical projects, manage engineering teams, ensure compliance with standards, and mentor junior engineers while driving operational excellence.
