Lead mechanical (MEP) project delivery across complex projects in Singapore, providing technical leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams, client engagement, design assurance, commercial and risk management, and delivering compliant, cost-effective HVAC and building services solutions.

Support project teams with finance administration: prepare invoices, manage billing adjustments and payments, set up and close projects in financial systems, maintain accurate project financial data and customer master data, and liaise with Project Accountants and stakeholders.

Design and deliver mechanical building services with minimal supervision: perform analysis, prepare designs, tenders and technical reports; coordinate QA and commissioning; review site works; manage client liaison and project reporting; lead design teams; liaise with authorities; collaborate with a Qualified Person on calculations.
