- Partner with Hiring Managers as a strategic advisor to understand business goals, define ideal candidate profiles, and co-create compelling value propositions.
- Lead JLL’s Early Careers strategy across the region: manage campus partnerships, represent JLL at career fairs, and design engaging outreach campaigns that convert students into future leaders.
Build Talent Pipelines with a Hunter Mindset
- Proactively source passive and diverse talent using creative, data-informed techniques—treating every search like a targeted sales campaign.
- Monitor competitor hiring trends and market dynamics to advise stakeholders on timing, positioning, and compensation strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain robust talent communities for critical and emerging roles, ensuring JLL stays ahead of demand.
Leverage Technology to Accelerate Hiring

- Utilize automation for high-volume hiring (e.g., Early Careers, internships) while maintaining a personalized candidate journey.
- Ensure data accuracy and generate insights through dashboards and reports to inform hiring decisions and forecast resourcing needs.
- Automate employment contract generation to accelerate time-to-hire without compromising compliance.
Sell the JLL Story
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador—articulating JLL’s culture, purpose, and employee value proposition with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Design and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns that attract both volume hires and niche specialists.
- Promote our employee referral program and track engagement metrics to boost internal advocacy.
- Deliver a seamless, memorable candidate experience—because every interaction is a moment of truth for our brand.
