Market & Category Analysis

  • Conduct deep-dives into product categories, customer segments, and market opportunities
  • Analyse customer feedback, reviews, and demand signals to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Support evaluation of new categories, SKUs, or market expansions

Commercial & Business Insights

  • Analyse sales, pricing, and campaign performance across channels
  • Identify opportunities to optimise pricing, promotions, and product mix
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate insights into action

Strategic Initiatives (Founder’s Office)

  • Support high-priority projects such as market entry, channel expansion, and operational improvements
  • Develop structured analyses, business cases, and recommendations for leadership
  • Assist in driving cross-functional initiatives and tracking outcomes

Strategic Insights & Operations

  • Translate data and analyses into clear, actionable insights to support day-to-day business decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (commercial, product, operations) to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Support the tracking and execution of key business initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall strategic priorities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility on key business metrics
  • Assist in structuring ambiguous problems and developing data-driven recommendations for leadership

Requirements
  • 1–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL is a plus)
  • Strong business acumen, especially in consumer or e-commerce environments
  • Ability to synthesise insights into clear, actionable recommendations
