  • We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy Manager to join our Singapore team.
  • This is a high-impact strategy role responsible for identifying growth opportunities, solving complex business problems, and driving strategic initiatives across the Singapore business.
  • You will work closely with senior leadership to shape business priorities, evaluate new opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations that influence commercial and operational decisions. Unlike a traditional strategy role, you will also own execution, taking initiatives from initial problem definition through implementation and measurable business outcomes.
  • Success in this role requires structured thinking, commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You should be equally comfortable building a business case, analyzing data, developing executive-ready recommendations, and personally driving implementation without relying on large support teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Commercial Strategy & Growth

    • Leverage data, market intelligence, and commercial insights to identify commercial growth opportunities, diagnose business challenges, and uncover operational inefficiencies.
    • Conduct structured analyses to quantify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and develop data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations that influence commercial priorities and long-term business growth.
    • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to frame complex business problems, define success metrics, and evaluate strategic opportunities.
  • Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Influence

    • Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling presentations, business cases, and commercial proposals for executive decision-making, client engagements, and strategic partnerships.
    • Synthesise data from multiple sources into concise narratives that influence stakeholders, secure alignment, and drive action.
    • Represent the Singapore business in cross-functional discussions, ensuring local market insights are effectively communicated and incorporated into business decisions.
  • Execution & Business Transformation

    • Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from conceptualisation and planning through implementation and measurable business outcomes.
    • Lead cross-functional execution by aligning stakeholders, removing blockers, and driving initiatives to completion.
    • Continuously improve business processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable operating models to enhance organisational effectiveness.

What We Look For In You
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous business problems, identify the right data to validate hypotheses, and translate insights into practical, commercially sound recommendations.
  • Proficient at working with data to identify opportunities, quantify business impact, evaluate performance, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with experience developing business plans, evaluating growth opportunities, and influencing business decisions through structured analysis and clear communication.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distil complex analyses into compelling presentations, business papers, and proposals for senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of operational execution, demonstrating strong ownership and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly curious, adaptable, and intellectually rigorous, with a bias towards action, a willingness to challenge assumptions, think from first principles, and continuously improve how work gets done.
  • Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or high-growth technology environments is highly regarded. Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.

Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!
