Drive accessibility, compliance, implementation quality, documentation, migration support, and adoption while tracking reuse, delivery speed, and reduced rework.

Lead affiliate campaign development and optimization in Pakistan: recruit and expand influencer and affiliate networks, improve conversion strategies, analyze user behavior and KPIs, and drive affiliate-driven trading user acquisition.

Own product compliance reviews for new products, features, market expansions, and material changes across OKX’s global crypto business. Assess regulatory, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, market conduct, privacy, safeguarding, and third-party risks. Translate requirements into practical controls, document assessments and approvals, support monitoring and remediation, and advise Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Own and improve core Web3 wallet backend modules, including address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, signing, broadcasting, confirmations, gas, nonce management, and state tracking. Integrate new blockchains and asset standards, ensure high-concurrency production stability, troubleshoot incidents, drive cross-team delivery, improve engineering quality, and use AI coding tools responsibly.

Lead product design for socially driven, interaction-heavy crypto features. Partner with product managers, researchers, engineers, UX writers, brand teams, and leadership to define problems and deliver user-centered solutions from concept through execution. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and research outputs. Shape design vision, facilitate reviews and workshops, advocate for design decisions, and improve user engagement and visual quality across global customer-facing experiences.

Lead global fiat payment channel expansion and manage payment gateways, settlement partners, banks, and local PSPs. Build and optimize crypto on/off-ramp systems, negotiate and integrate vendors, and oversee onboarding through launch. Monitor payment regulations, trends, and risks while partnering with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance. Analyze performance to improve conversion, cost efficiency, stability, compliance, and user experience.

Design, build, test, and maintain mobile growth features and supporting systems, including onboarding, referrals, acquisition journeys, notifications, and experimentation frameworks. Own projects from problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration. Build and maintain AIOps platform core infrastructure (monitoring, alerting, FinOps). Maintain internal R&D tooling (GitLab, Nexus, Sonar). Manage multi‑cloud monitoring data collection, alert governance, and cost visualization. Support cloud security operations including alert management and compliance auditing.

Own large-scale Kubernetes cluster lifecycle and multi-cloud (Alibaba Cloud & AWS) operations. Lead cloud-native architecture, stability, security hardening, automation (Shell/Python), CI/CD and IaC integration, incident response, monitoring, and team enablement for high-availability production environments.

Manage risk monitoring and control products for crypto spot and derivatives trading, including mark pricing, liquidation systems, and insurance funds. Define product strategy, optimize risk rules, monitor post-launch performance, reduce abnormal-event losses, coordinate cross-functional delivery, analyze user and market data, and mentor junior product managers.

Manage Singapore office operations, including access control, visitor services, workplace maintenance, supplies, vendors, procurement, budgets, reporting, employee engagement, onboarding, and regional administrative support. The role coordinates with HR, IT, Finance, security, building management, and external service providers while supporting compliance, asset management, EHS policies, and workplace improvement initiatives.

Lead product growth marketing for OKX across Northeast Asia, driving acquisition, activation, trading activity, retention, revenue, and adoption of priority crypto products. Develop market-specific GTM strategies, analyze user funnels and competitors, optimize digital growth channels and incentives, segment users, establish KPIs, and represent regional user needs to Product teams. Collaborate cross-functionally while accounting for local regulatory requirements and building scalable growth playbooks.

Define and own Finance data architecture and pipelines from ingestion to reporting with full lineage and immutability. Ensure audit-ready financial reporting, partner with Accounting/Treasury for month-end and statutory reporting, build embedded data quality controls, lead incident response, drive AI/LLM adoption in data workflows, mentor engineers, and represent the domain across the organization.

Own end-to-end compliance data pipelines from ODS ingestion through CDM to downstream marts for TMS, KYC, CMS, and regulatory reporting. Build production-grade, auditable pipelines with proactive data quality, monitoring, and reconciliation. Use AI/LLM tooling to accelerate domain ramp-up and pipeline development. Collaborate with Compliance Project Lead, take sub-domain ownership, and mentor junior engineers.
