Lead statutory financial accounting and consolidated reporting for the Group under IFRS/US GAAP. Coordinate with auditors, tax, legal, regional finance and business teams. Develop group accounting policies, advise on technical accounting, improve internal controls and processes, ensure tax accounting alignment, and support M&A, valuations, IPO projects and system implementations.

Lead global P2P growth strategy and product enhancements, build user risk-control and quality management systems, drive data-driven funnel analysis and actionable insights, and coordinate cross-functional execution to improve user experience and scale operations across multiple markets.

Lead product planning, requirements analysis, and solution design for OKX Wallet. Produce PRDs, prototypes, and product documentation; collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and data teams; evaluate technical feasibility and trade-offs; drive 0-to-1 and iterative product launches; monitor product performance and own user experience and business outcomes.
