Job DescriptionWe are seeking for a Senior Product Manager to define and execute our AI-enabled workflow automation strategy from the ground up. In this role, you will identify key workflows to automate by engaging with internal customers and business stakeholders, and then work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, first-principles thinker who lives and breathes AI, thrives on ambiguity, and can bring structured product thinking to a variety of domains to deliver real business value rapidly. Think 0-1 product building mindset vs. building for scale!
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Define the AI platform strategy – balancing feasibility, business impact & adaptability (given the pace of evolution in the space). This will involve identifying opportunistic areas for impact, with a focus on operational efficiency gains, while also exploring new growth avenues by leveraging LLMs and other AI technologies to achieve previously unattainable outcomes.
- Establish AI governance, intake, and prioritization – ensuring we solve real, high-value problems for the business across functions such as Commercial, Quick Commerce, Service Operations, and Logistics.
- Collaborate with data & analytics, business functions & analytics/data engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions with speed and agility.
- Define and drive adoption of AI products and automations, making measurable improvements in efficiency and decision-making, and tracking key business metrics.
- Communicate clearly at every level—from C-suite to builders—bringing everyone along on the journey.
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Data & Analytics, this is a demanding, high-impact role for an exceptional AI Product Manager.
Qualifications
- Around 6+ years of Product Management experience (preferably in AI/ML/automation), with a passion for building 0–1 solutions.
- Structured PM toolkit: expert in product discovery, prioritization, feasibility, and value measurement, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to ship data-driven and AI-powered products into production rapidly and iteratively, ideally in a cross-functional or platform environment.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high standards, strong judgment, and the grit to solve hard problems with speed and agility.
- (Bonus) You can showcase AI-enabled products you have built (i.e vibe coded solutions).
