Job Summary The SEA Customer Quality Engineer is responsible to understand and fulfill customer’s expectations around quality support of Entegris products & services. The individual in this position will be supporting customers in Southeast Asia and will represent Entegris by promoting product and process quality and systems and drive resolution of customer complaints. Reports to: Manager, Customer Quality Engineering Key Responsibilities Execute CQE responsibilities as defined by the CQE policy documents, Entegris business processes and account specific support Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams in problem solving, change management, customer audits, project development, product support and development, customer request handling and complaint handling. Be part of the global team that is designed to improve success of Entegris with customers Collaborate with cross functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexities across range of products, regions, and customers Demonstrate excellence in planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership and teamwork. Provide support for various documentations expectations such as business process, item tracking, performance reporting and continual improvement projects. Requisite Criteria & Skills Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or equivalent in Engineering or related technical field. 5+ years’ work experience in wafer fab or related manufacturing environment. With customer quality experience a plus. Be fluent in English and Mandarin Experience in managing issues and projects focused on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto, FMEA’s, SPC, Trend analysis, process mapping, Design of experiment, cause and effects diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology.Top Skills
