What will you contribute?
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive focused on driving new business growth for Finastra’s Confirmation Matching Service (CMS) across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading financial institutions and expand our footprint in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Drive New Business Sales: Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach, follow-up on leads, client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage Existing Accounts: Maintain strong relationships with buy-side clients, ensuring optimal use of our services and high customer satisfaction.
  • Expand Tier 1 Bank Relationships: Collaborate with existing banking partners to broaden client coverage and increase transaction volumes.
  • Achieve Revenue Growth: Both new business and account management efforts will focus on increasing transaction volume and revenue across APAC.
     
Requirements and Qualifications

We’re looking for a self-driven professional who can operate independently and thrive in a regional role. Key requirements include:

  • Proven sales and/or account management experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM/Sales Management tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across APAC, including Australia and New Zealand
     

Preferred Experience:

  • Selling to or working with the buy-side market.
  • Exposure to foreign exchange markets and corporate treasury operations.
  • Knowledge of treasury management systems, fund manager order/portfolio management systems, and middle/back-office FX operations.
  • Familiarity with electronic FX trade execution platforms.
