The Sales Executive will develop sales strategies, engage clients in the AECO market, manage sales cycles, and collaborate with teams to boost dRofus adoption.
dRofus, a subsidiary of the Nemetschek Group, is a global leader in providing data management and collaboration solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry. dRofus enables project stakeholders to manage, structure, and synchronize critical building and infrastructure information throughout the entire asset lifecycle. The platform supports data-driven decision-making and project transparency for some of the most complex facilities in the world, including airports, hospitals, and educational campuses.
Position Overview
dRofus is seeking an accomplished Sales Executive to drive growth and expand its presence across the Singapore and Southeast Asia AECO markets. This role is particularly focused on hunting new logos, engaging with owners, operators, and design teams involved in large-scale infrastructure projects, especially within the airport and healthcare sectors. The successful candidate will possess a demonstrable track record in Software-as-a-Service or enterprise technology sales, ideally within construction technology, design, or engineering software.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan for accelerating dRofus adoption across target AECO market segments in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities with owners, consultants, and government agencies within the infrastructure and airport sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and positioning through negotiation and closure, building sustainable and recurring SaaS revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants, customer success managers, and marketing teams to align client needs with product capabilities.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of dRofus' product suite, integration capabilities, and its role within the broader AECO technology ecosystem, including BIM and data management workflows.
- Contribute market insights and client feedback to inform business strategy and product development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales, preferably within the AECO, construction technology, or asset management sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with enterprise-scale or public-sector clients.
- Knowledge of data management, building information modeling, or lifecycle asset information systems is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage senior decision-makers across technical and non-technical disciplines.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a small, agile team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree, and industry background in architecture, engineering, or construction is preferred.
