Responsibilities and Duties

·         Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documented information (e.g., Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions) and ensure full compliance with customer requirements, internal guidelines, and ISO 9001 standards, including Pharma standards.

·         Monitor, review, and continuously improve internal operational processes and the QMS.

·         Govern tracking systems and quality metrics (including CCAR, SCAR, and operational close rates) to identify trends, atypical observations, and areas for improvement.

·         Assist in managing the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications, ISCC (sustainability standards), and GDP/GMP protocols.

·         Lead root cause investigations for non-conformances stemming from customer complaints or internal quality issues.

·         Maintain industry compliance standards, such as Halal and Kosher Certifications, with respect to product and service quality.

·         Serve as a key point of contact during external audits conducted by customers, principal suppliers, and certification bodies.

·         Coordinate with Purchasing and Product Management teams to address customer inquiries regarding RoHS, REACH, and other regulatory directives.

·         Assist the QA/QC Assistant Manager in executing and implementing other corporate projects assigned by Management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the chemical or manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient or familiar with chemical regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
