Develop new business, manage key customer accounts, drive sales growth, and achieve revenue targets in the chemical distribution market. Responsibilities include forecasting, customer visits, quotations, RFQs, negotiations, pricing and margin strategy, tender participation, inventory and receivables management, complaint resolution, and coordinating order fulfillment with internal stakeholders.

Lead facility CAPEX and non-CAPEX projects across the EPC lifecycle, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, compliance, vendors, and contractors. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across APAC and support facility solutions for customer and business growth requirements. Ensure regulatory, quality, safety, environmental, and operational handover requirements are met while contributing to business development, licensing, approvals, and infrastructure initiatives.

Maintain workplace safety and environmental compliance under Singapore WSH law and ISO 45001/14001. Conduct inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, contractor monitoring, permit-to-work compliance, training, and safety committee coordination. Manage environmental permits, waste and chemical controls, and assist with process safety, mechanical integrity tracking, site security, and government authority liaison.

The role involves developing and validating analytical methods, conducting formulation studies, maintaining laboratory equipment, and supporting technology transfer activities, while ensuring compliance with pharmacopeia guidelines.

Manage product portfolio and lifecycle across Southeast Asia to drive revenue and margin targets. Define pricing frameworks, support strategic bids, negotiate with suppliers, conduct market intelligence, collaborate with country teams on forecasting, inventory, and launches, and provide customer and technical support while reporting performance and governance metrics.

Manage end-to-end order-to-cash for a regional portfolio, including order management, export shipment planning, documentation (L/C, DA/DP), invoice verification, billing/customer complaint resolution, and coordination with warehouses, suppliers and 3PLs.

Lead and optimize all indirect spend categories (services, logistics, MRO, IT, facilities, professional services, CAPEX support). Develop category strategies, run end-to-end sourcing (RFI/RFQ/RFP), negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, drive cost savings, ensure compliance with procurement governance, and support P2P and procurement system improvements.

Oversee Brenntag's Privacy Program in the APAC region, aligning it with global standards while managing data privacy risks and raising awareness.

The Logistics Specialist ensures timely delivery of goods, assists in loading/unloading, maintains vehicle, and follows safety regulations while reporting discrepancies.

Support QSHE system implementation and maintenance (ISO, Halal) through documentation, audits, reporting, data consolidation, corrective action follow-up, audit coordination, training support, and administrative tasks.
