Leads regional process safety management across APAC chemical operations. Responsibilities include developing PSM strategy, deploying PHA, LOPA, SIS, MOC and related systems, delivering training, supporting capital projects, investigating incidents, conducting audits, tracking corrective actions, and coordinating with corporate auditors, regulators, site teams, and global PSM peers. The role requires strong regulatory, risk assessment, incident investigation, stakeholder management, and training capabilities.

Own and improve the S&OP process across demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning. Lead supply planning, inventory optimization, KPI governance, planning-system management, supplier relationships, procurement strategy, cost savings, and risk mitigation. Manage and mentor planning and procurement teams while coordinating with commercial, finance, operations, and global stakeholders. Drive compliance, change leadership, continuous improvement, and measurable supply-chain performance improvements.
