Lead and manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for distribution platforms, including sales submission and T&C monitoring dashboards. Prepare and execute UAT test cases, track and retest defects, validate functionality against acceptance criteria, coordinate with business users and project teams, maintain test documentation, and support rollout and basic issue troubleshooting.
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for enhancements to various Distribution platforms. Key platforms include the sales submission tool/system, with a focus on the sales advisory and e-submission processes, as well as the T&C monitoring platforms and/or dashboards. This role ensures that system changes meet business requirements and are delivered with high quality, accuracy, and user readiness.
- Prepare and execute UAT test cases and scenarios based on business requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects/issues, and support re-testing of fixes
- Ensure system functionalities meet expected outcomes and acceptance criteria
- Assist in coordinating UAT activities with business users and project teams
- Maintain accurate test documentation, including test results and defect logs
- Provide support during UAT cycles and system rollout, including basic issue troubleshooting
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in testing, system support, or related areas
- Basic understanding of software testing or UAT concepts
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Excel is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
