Job Description

You will support the Data & AI team in the research and design of digital and AI products. Working with business and technology teams, you will help understand user needs and translate insights into practical, user-friendly product experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Support user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points
  • Assist in developing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs
  • Support usability testing and refinement of product designs
  • Conduct research to support product and design decisions
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams on product requirements and implementation
  • Prepare design materials and documentation for discussions and presentations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Relevant studies or experience in design, technology, social sciences or a related field
  • Interest or experience in UI/UX, product design or user research
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
  • Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in digital products, AI and real estate
  • Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable working with different teams
