We are looking for a highly experienced leader who has consultancy and global/ regional project management experience to join our dynamic team.Job Description:- Strategic Planning – Designing new business models or target operating models. Driving decisions to achieve optimal solutions based on both commercial and business requirements
- Analysis and research – Assessing external benchmarks and trends for internal adaption and implementation
- Advisory and reporting – Presenting findings and actionable recommendations to the stakeholders
- Implementation – Assisting or directly executing the proposed changes
- Relationship Management – Building trust with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support
- Project Management – Executing end-to-end project deliveries within given budget and timeline, producing high quality project output and ensuring project governance/ discipline
- As a senior member of the PMO team, to support the Head of PMO on the build up of the PMO initiatives across the region. Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and share project learnings, relevant past project experiences / leading practices. Mentor and guide team members to elevate the capabilities of PMO. Manage other PMO priorities when required.
- Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience with Financial Institutions
- Experience managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of programmes /projects across multiple regions within financial institutions.
- Strategic mind set, experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record with hands-on experience to deliver positive outcomes in ambiguous environments
- Experience in the establishment of operating models, frameworks, processes, procedures for large organizations
- Collaborative with a growth mindset
- Analytical, critical thinking skills
- Open-minded and innovative in exploring new and alternative solutions to optimize business models, arriving at sound decisions and solutions.
- A strong leader who can communicate his/her ideas and views persuasively and sustain positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders.
- Finance background / qualification as well as any Project Management qualifications are preferable. (Agile / PRINCE2 / PMP)
- Experience in working in the multinational environment to understand the diversity and cultural differences
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to deliver messages to stakeholders
- People management experience preferred
