Job Summary:

We are seeking an expert Compliance Project Manager to support the strategic overhaul of our global KYC/KYB onboarding framework. This high-impact role reports directly to the Compliance Director and is responsible for delivering the architecture for Onboarding. You will lead critical initiatives in systems design, remediation (bringing legacy customer data up to institutional standards) and Quality Assurance, ensuring our automated controls are robust, scalable, and fully compliant.

What you will be responsible for:

• Transformation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of the Strengthening KYC/KYB Onboarding project
• Remediation Management: Drive comprehensive remediation of legacy customer and transaction data to ensure 100% adherence to new regulatory standards.
• QA Framework Development: Design and execute Quality Assurance testing frameworks for AML/Sanctions screening, and the accuracy of our new rule-based risk scoring engine.
• System Automation: Collaborate with Technology teams to automate multi-tier approval workflows and implement a holistic dashboard.
• Process Optimization: Workflow improvement to model to minimize client touchpoints and shorten turnaround times. Integrate disparate onboarding channels into a unified KYC management system.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for cross-functional teams (Legal, Tech, Sales) on all project-related compliance deliverables.

How you will stand out:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in Compliance and AML, preferably within the Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or listed company environments.
• Project Expertise: Proven track record in managing end-to-end compliance remediation projects and establishing QA/QC testing programs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis (SQL/Excel) and familiarity with AML/KYC technology solutions.
• Certifications: ACAMS or PMP certification is highly beneficial.
