Lead and develop the pre-sales technical team for the Singapore market, define technical strategy, oversee PoCs and complex solution designs, collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Project teams, manage escalations, drive business development activities, and mentor team members to ensure technical excellence and customer success.

Conduct site walks, review existing systems for upgrades/retrofits, maintain technical documentation, and support tender submissions and FAT clarifications to ensure compliant, deliverable solutions.

Lead legal, compliance, and governance for Asia (ex-Greater China/India); advise senior leadership; manage commercial contracts, M&A, litigation, and external counsel; build scalable legal processes; mitigate regulatory and business risk; develop in-house legal team and align legal support to global business strategy.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team across pre-sales and post-sales activities: prepare sales materials, assist with bids and proposals, manage order processing (including eOPF entry), coordinate with finance/logistics/project teams, support stock requisition and events, and ensure compliance with policies and pricing approvals.

Lead regional service delivery across South East Asia, overseeing field service, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support. Drive operational KPIs, workforce planning, continuous improvement, safety, financial performance, and adoption of digital service tools to ensure reliable lifecycle services for mission-critical infrastructure.
