Own regional install base data and lifecycle services strategy across Thermal, Power, IT Systems, and Infrastructure Solutions. Analyze equipment populations to identify replacement, modernization, retrofit, warranty, and obsolescence opportunities. Develop service offerings, pricing packages, sales enablement tools, predictive replacement models, and opportunity pipelines. Lead install base penetration programs, monitor conversion and revenue metrics, and report recommendations to Sales, Service, and global leadership. The role requires extensive regional travel across Asia.

Manage strategic accounts across Asia by developing account plans, driving sales growth and market share, strengthening executive relationships, negotiating contracts, resolving customer issues, forecasting performance, and identifying expansion opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product management, operations, and leadership to deliver tailored solutions and achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role involves regional travel of approximately 30–40% and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
