Lead and develop the pre-sales technical team for the Singapore market, define technical strategy, oversee PoCs and complex solution designs, collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Project teams, manage escalations, drive business development activities, and mentor team members to ensure technical excellence and customer success.

Provide HR business partnering for Singapore, advising leaders on employee relations, performance, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance. Support regional HR projects across Asia, drive process improvement, coordinate rollouts, and assist talent and learning initiatives.

Lead demand planning governance, policy, SOPs, and SIOP demand review. Design procedures for forecasting, NPI, exceptions, and data governance. Drive metrics, variance root-cause, continuous improvement, cross-functional alignment, and automation using visualization tools.
