Provides technical, regulatory, administrative, and project support for airline flight operations. Responsibilities include maintaining aircraft and crew operations manuals, supporting regulatory applications, administering flight operations systems and crew iPads, producing fuel reports, coordinating E-OPS initiatives, processing and validating invoices, managing documentation, supporting UAT, and assisting with procurement activities. The role works with internal teams, regulators, aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, and flight crews.

The IT Business Analyst will analyze business needs, translate them into requirements, facilitate Agile practices, and ensure successful project delivery across the organization.

Support and coordinate finance system projects and day-to-day system administration. Gather requirements, manage UAT and documentation, resolve system issues, enable users through training, and drive process improvements while supporting audits and controls.

Lead digital experience and e-commerce product strategy and roadmaps; collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, design UX, manage CMS and vendors, and use analytics to optimize performance throughout the product lifecycle.

The Outsystems Developer will design and develop web and mobile applications on the Outsystems platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance optimization. Responsibilities include translating business requirements, architecting solutions, writing automated tests, and working with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Lead product ownership for Scoot's self-service check-in and day-of-travel apps: define roadmap, capture requirements, run UAT/regression testing, manage releases, drive digitalisation and AI adoption, build dashboards, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, perform station audits, and measure/optimize product performance.

Support the Communications team with media relations, PR, crisis and reputation management. Tasks include research, writing and editing press releases and briefing documents, monitoring media mentions, liaising with journalists and stakeholders, event support, reporting to management, and leading or supporting cross-functional CSR/ESG campaigns and independent communications projects.

Manage SEP training team, develop and standardize SEP training manuals for A320/B787/E190, ensure CAAS compliance, oversee training design/delivery, liaise with CAAS and third-party trainers, and maintain safety risk assessments and training materials.

Build, test, and deploy web, backend, and mobile applications; design architecture and integrations; maintain CMS-driven sites; implement technical SEO and performance optimisations; collaborate with product, UX, and delivery teams in Agile ceremonies;identify technical improvements and ensure long-term maintainability.

Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, and implement platform-specific features in Kotlin and Swift. Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs, optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, participate in design reviews, and contribute to CI/CD and automated testing to deliver scalable, high-quality mobile experiences.

The Senior Analyst will implement dashboards, manage reporting systems, and analyze data to provide business insights and support decision-making.

Lead design production and brand stewardship across digital, social, CRM, web, OOH and onboard touchpoints. Adapt campaign concepts into market-ready assets, maintain visual identity and quality, review partner work, improve workflows, and leverage AI-enabled tools to speed production and enhance creative output.

Support ground operations at Terminal 1 by monitoring crowd control and check-in flow, conducting gate spot checks, compiling station and World Tracer data, performing delay trend analysis, and assisting ground planning and performance reporting.

Support employer branding and internal communications by creating visual assets (graphics, photos, videos), assisting video storyboarding, maintaining brand consistency, and posting content across social channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Work with agencies and influencers on special projects.

Assist in building automated infrastructure across cloud and network, using AI for performance optimization and improving IT service reliability.

The Accountant will manage financial closing activities, ensure accuracy of records, support audits, and improve accounting processes.

Lead initiatives to monitor and improve NPS/CSAT and other customer satisfaction measures. Drive cross-department collaboration to close service gaps, support survey and dashboard design, contribute to a company-wide customer journey map program, and assist disruption/refund management to meet targets. Conduct research, analyze customer data, present findings to stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of Scoot’s service quality framework.

Provide operational support for cabin crew rostering: ensure regulatory-compliant crew planning, manage leave/standby/supernumerary assignments, coordinate training schedules, reconcile leave across systems, publish rosters, support rostering system improvements and charter/operational requests, and liaise with HR, operations and training teams.

Manage end-to-end ground handling and aeronautical contracts, negotiate vendor agreements, verify invoices in finance systems, support digitalization and system testing (AIR/BPM), handle vendor onboarding and financial data updates, provide budget tracking and reporting, and perform audit duties including occasional overseas travel.
