Supports the employee lifecycle for flight and cabin crew, managing onboarding, offboarding, HR queries, employee records, leave, compensation updates, employment letters, renewals, and work-pass documentation. The role partners with payroll, HR business partners, and specialist teams on process improvements and employee experience initiatives while handling broader HR administration.

Optimize passenger revenue across assigned flight routes by managing seat inventory, fare-class availability, overbooking levels, capacity, and pricing. Analyze booking, demand, no-show, and pricing trends to recommend revenue and capacity actions. The role requires strong quantitative and commercial judgment, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Leads business analysis and Salesforce delivery across AI, process improvement, Agile implementation, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. Translates business needs into requirements, process designs, user stories, and solution concepts; coordinates stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, testing, releases, and adoption. Develops AI and Salesforce roadmaps, evaluates use cases, supports responsible AI practices, improves platform governance, and mentors Business Analysts while driving measurable business outcomes.
