Support daily installer operations by scheduling jobs, optimising installer utilisation, coordinating customer and installer communications, performing quality checks, tracking recurring issues, preparing materials and inventory, documenting SOPs, and assisting digitisation and process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc operational projects.

Support the product management team for hardware commercialization: conduct market and competitor research, create product requirements, assist product testing and documentation, develop marketing collaterals, analyze in-market performance, and report insights to stakeholders.

Lead market research, competitor analysis, supplier sourcing, and cross-functional coordination to develop, test, document, and launch consumer electronics products. Manage QA, packaging, post-launch support, and product lifecycle improvements.

Hunt and convert showroom walk-ins and marketing leads into customers for flooring projects. Prospect homeowners, interior designers, and contractors; manage full sales cycle including site visits, quotations, installations, and after-sales support. Maintain customer records, track receivables, resolve warranty issues, and work with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Extract, clean, analyze and present operational data; build and maintain dashboards and performance reports; ensure data accuracy; provide actionable insights to stakeholders and collaborate on data-driven improvements.

Lead and manage technicians and in-house agents to meet operational standards. Oversee workload, asset and logistics management, reporting, and data analysis to identify trends and create resolution playbooks. Run projects to resolve operational problems, handle complex escalations, and perform ad-hoc operational duties to ensure timely, high-quality customer experience.
