Key Responsibilities

Market and Supplier Research

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
  • Perform competitor analysis to benchmark product features, pricing, and positioning.
  • Research and evaluate potential suppliers to support product development and procurement.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Product Performance Testing

  • Assist in product testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards.
  • Document and report issues or bugs to the development team for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and performance criteria.

Product Documentation

  • Create and maintain product manuals, user guides, and compatibility charts.
  • Ensure all product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.

Packaging and Labeling

  • Oversee the development of product packaging, including serial number labeling and design.
  • Ensure packaging aligns with branding and complies with regulatory standards.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you will be expected to speak with chinese suppliers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. 
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong interest in electronics and consumer hardware.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the MS Suite (Excel, Power Point)
