Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product development.
  • Analyse competitor products, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Research, evaluate, and engage potential suppliers and manufacturers to support product sourcing and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure product development milestones and launch timelines are achieved.
  • Support product testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure products meet performance, reliability, and customer expectations.
  • Identify, document, and track product issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities while working closely with internal stakeholders to drive resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain product testing plans, validation procedures, and performance benchmarks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, specifications, and compatibility matrices.
  • Ensure all product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage product packaging development, including artwork coordination, serial number labelling, regulatory information, and packaging specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle, including post-launch improvements and product updates.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in electronics and consumer hardware.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the MS Suite (Excel, Power Point)
