The role
Marketplaces are one of our biggest channels, and they’re getting more complex: platform fees, ad spend, campaign slots, vouchers and joint business plans. We’re looking for someone who has worked on the platform side or run large brand accounts on marketplaces. They’ll help us understand how these partnerships really work and make sure we get strong, fair commercial outcomes.
You’ll report to the VP of Commercial and work closely with our Commercial and E-commerce teams.
What you’ll do
- Marketplace strategy: Shape how PRISM+ shows up and grows across e-commerce platforms, and where we should focus.
- Partnership planning: Support yearly planning with our platform partners, building plans that work for both sides and set us up for growth.
- Platform know-how: Help our teams understand how marketplaces work behind the scenes, including campaigns, programmes, visibility and growth mechanics.
- Channel performance: Build a clear view of channel performance and profitability, and recommend where to invest.
- Growth opportunities: Find new opportunities across campaigns, brand programmes, fulfilment options and on-platform marketing.
- Capability building: Coach our internal team and help build long-term e-commerce capability in-house.
Requirements
- 5+ years in e-commerce, including time on the platform side at a major SEA marketplace or regional e-commerce player, with a hands-on view of the full commercial picture (fees, ads, campaigns, targets) rather than one narrow piece of it
- Or: senior brand-side experience managing top-tier marketplace accounts and leading annual negotiations with platforms
- A strong grasp of marketplace commercial models: take rates, ad monetisation, campaign economics, and how platforms set KPIs for brands
- Confidence in commercial negotiation, with a track record of better terms or measurable channel growth
- Comfort with data: you can build or read channel profit-and-loss and unit economics
- Sharp, practical and low-ego, a good fit for a fast-moving company
