The Account Manager will focus on business development, client engagement, and market insights to grow the client base and support business objectives. Responsibilities include lead generation, relationship building, and refining sales strategies based on market research.

Plan and execute retail events (megashows, pop-ups) end-to-end: revenue ownership, costing, logistics, setup/teardown, on-ground execution, live performance tracking, and post-event reporting. Coordinate assets, inventory, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure commercial and operational success, including irregular hours and high-pressure event environments.

The Technical Assistant will support operations by handling products, assisting with setups, ensuring safety, managing inventory, and performing ad-hoc duties.
