Serve as second-level support for the contact center: handle complex escalations and VIP complaints across email, chat and phone; advise frontline agents; liaise with technical and operations teams; audit agent work, analyze customer feedback to identify product issues and improvement opportunities, and support operational changes.

Support hardware product lifecycle through market and supplier research, competitor benchmarking, product testing and validation, documentation, and packaging oversight. Provide administrative project support and report issues to development teams.

The Aircon Operation Intern will document operational processes, suggest optimizations, assist with IT platform changes, support after-sales activities, and respond to customer inquiries.
