Sell and represent pre-owned Porsche vehicles, manage the full sales funnel and customer lifecycle, coordinate test drives, financing, trade-ins and refurbishment, support marketing events, maintain CRM records, meet KPI targets, ensure brand-standard vehicle presentation and compliance with laws and company policies.

Support end-to-end procurement and risk management activities: manage procurement and risk systems, coordinate with HQ and stakeholders, run tender and procure-to-pay processes, perform vendor due diligence, support operational risk identification and mitigation, business continuity planning, deliver training, produce management reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Support Porsche Asia Pacific finance and procurement processes including accounts payable/receivable, GL closing using SAP, billing, financial/tax reporting, procurement tender support, and finance process/system improvements.

Support the Head of Aftersales in designing and standardising SOPs and SLAs, documenting processes, tracking vendor performance, preparing reports and KPI dashboards, conducting process analysis, and assisting rollout, trials, and audit documentation to improve aftersales efficiency and compliance.

Lead long-term strategic sales planning for Porsche Asia Pacific: perform market and sales analysis, develop forecasting tools, align demand and supply planning, manage incentive budgets, identify and mitigate sales risks, support growth programs, and lead a two-person team across Sales Analytics and Sales Operations.

Support the Training Academy team on projects including setup of the regional Training Academy in Singapore; assist People Excellence, Sales and Aftersales qualification initiatives; monitor training KPIs and produce monthly reports; and coordinate with local market trainers across 13 Asia Pacific markets.

Act as Porsche brand ambassador to consult customers through vehicle configuration, offers, financing, test drives and contract closure. Deliver exceptional purchase and ownership experiences, manage sales funnel and CRM updates, support marketing events, nurture leads, and ensure compliance and customer hospitality.

Provide executive secretarial support to the CEO; manage daily workplace operations, reception, facilities and vendor coordination; optimise office systems, policies and asset management; organise events and internal communications to enhance employee experience, wellbeing, health and safety while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Support the Corporate Development and Strategy team with daily operations, annual business planning, corporate strategy, project management, change initiatives, and planning/execution of workshops, conferences, and events.

Support rollout and testing of regional digital CRM products; analyse product and customer-journey data; build Excel templates and BI dashboards; map and optimise workflows; coordinate stakeholders across markets and dev teams; manage assigned work packages; create and maintain Confluence documentation and user guides to improve adoption.

Support Porsche Singapore's legal and compliance team by conducting legal research, assisting with drafting and implementing policies, reviewing compliance processes, coordinating with departments and regional teams, maintaining privacy and risk-management systems, preparing reports and presentations, and performing administrative documentation tasks.

Provide end-to-end HR operations and advisory support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, training coordination, employee records, engagement initiatives, and compliance to strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience.

Lead end-to-end CRM across Sales and After Sales: plan and run campaigns, manage leads and events, design customer touchpoints and owner programmes, track NPS and satisfaction, handle escalations and goodwill cases, run CRM data activities including migration, UAT, cleansing and analytics (AI-enabled), and support day-to-day CRM operations and cross-functional coaching.

Source, appraise, negotiate, and purchase pre-owned vehicles (Porsche and non-Porsche). Manage viewings, trade-ins, inventory, dealer panel, and pricing. Analyze market and purchasing reports, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, and deliver excellent customer care throughout the purchasing cycle.

Support product and pricing processes across Asia Pacific; consolidate and evaluate reports using internal and external data; assist with vehicle equipment/options, Porsche Lifestyle order management, competitive market monitoring, and cross-departmental projects.
