Oversees analytics and operations specialists while partnering cross-functionally to support strategic growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
- Lead regional sales planning and forecasting activities, developing long-term business plans, market outlooks, and sales projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead sales performance analysis and market intelligence initiatives, leveraging data, analytical tools, and forecasting methodologies to identify trends, opportunities, and future growth potential.
- Manage demand, supply, and operational planning processes, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production requirements, and market needs.
- Administer incentive budget planning and business improvement initiatives, ensuring effective governance, optimal resource allocation, and the successful execution of programmes that drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and monitor sales risks, recommending mitigation measures and strengthening business planning across regional markets.
- Oversee Sales Analytics and Sales Operations functions, providing guidance to a team of specialists and collaborating across functions to deliver strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales planning, business analytics, forecasting, commercial operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Sound understanding of sales planning, market analysis, business forecasting, and key sales performance drivers, with the ability to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, coupled with strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
