Leads regional sales planning, forecasting, performance analysis, market intelligence, demand and supply planning, incentive budgeting, risk mitigation, and sales operations. Oversees analytics and operations specialists while partnering cross-functionally to support strategic growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Provides first- and second-level IT support, manages Microsoft 365, user access, endpoints, assets, licenses, and employee IT lifecycle processes. Maintains IT governance documentation, policies, registers, reporting, and compliance activities while improving operational processes through technology, automation, and AI. Supports user adoption through training, awareness, and communications.

Supports the full employee and intern lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, engagement activities, HR administration, employee records, reporting, and offboarding. The intern also manages Porsche Ambassador staffing, scheduling, timesheets, and performance monitoring, while assisting with office management and employee inquiries. The role requires onsite work at two Singapore locations during the internship period.
