Manages accounts receivable and credit operations for two Hilton hotels. Responsibilities include reconciling billings, commissions, reimbursements, deposits, and direct billing; creating invoices; maintaining credit records; preparing aging reports and journal entries; coordinating credit meetings; processing refunds; and responding to billing queries. The role requires accounting knowledge, attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Leads learning and development strategy across two luxury hotels, including leadership development, onboarding, talent management, Train-the-Trainer programs, training compliance, learning administration, stakeholder partnerships, and budget management. Designs learning pathways, coaches leaders and team members, manages departmental trainer networks, evaluates training effectiveness, and aligns capability-building initiatives with hospitality standards and business goals.

Leads bespoke food and beverage concept development for Hilton’s luxury and lifestyle brands across APAC. Conducts market and commercial research, develops concept narratives and design direction, evaluates restaurant operators, presents ownership-ready briefs, and coordinates with operations, architecture, design, and technical teams. Mentors creative team members, manages concurrent initiatives and deadlines, maintains stakeholder relationships, and supports brand standards and strategic F&B development projects.

Leads Hilton’s APACx marketing and eCommerce strategy, performance management, investment planning, channel optimization, and market enablement. Owns regional operating plans, capability roadmaps, scorecards, forecasts, business reviews, and growth initiatives across direct and digital channels.
