You will play a pivotal role in bringing new and transitioning hotels across Asia Pacific (APAC) into the Hilton portfolio. As part of the APAC Brand team, you will coordinate a smooth, efficient onboarding journey and strengthen the tools, processes, and reporting that support hotel openings. You will partner with regional and enterprise teams to help every hotel deliver its brand promise and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
In this highly collaborative role, you will guide hotel leaders through onboarding and system set-up and introduce hotel teams to Hilton’s tools and resources. You will help new and pre-opening hotels prepare to maximise revenue, strengthen guest loyalty, meet brand standards, and activate key brand initiatives from day one.
Working directly with hotel and regional leadership teams, you will coordinate mandatory brand-opening processes, track workflows and drive timely completion of critical tasks. Your support will help hotels achieve system, guest, and commercial readiness by their targeted opening dates.
You will collaborate with Enterprise Commercial Services, Distribution Services, and above-property teams, including Technical Services, management company opening teams and Brand colleagues. Together, you will connect each hotel with the right expertise, resources, and initiatives for its market.
You will also help shape how we support future openings by keeping pre-opening materials current, creating new resources where needed and championing the Hotel Openings and Transitions tool for the Brand team. Working with regional and global colleagues, you will improve the tool’s content and workflows to deliver a best-in-class hotel opening experience. You will also develop and enhance reporting, turning task and workflow data into insights that connect opening readiness with hotel performance.
Your portfolio will span hotel assignments across the APAC, offering broad exposure to diverse markets, brands and hotel opening and transition journeys.
Approximately 50% of your time will focus on tools, reporting, content, and process improvement, with the remaining 50% dedicated to supporting hotel pre-opening and transition activities.
