Support implementation and maintenance of non-financial risk and compliance frameworks for the CIB department. Identify, assess and monitor operational, conduct, fraud, third-party, AML/CTF, data and regulatory risks. Provide risk advisory to process owners, perform regulatory gap analyses, monitor risk indicators and escalate incidents. Manage product lifecycle, partner relationships, digital adoption, regulatory compliance, risk oversight, team leadership, go-to-market and cross-sell initiatives, and run product-related projects and training.

Leads security solutions across threat intelligence, identity and access management, data protection, privacy, and cyber program management while advising business and technology leaders.

Manage Singapore mortgage and overseas property financing portfolios and products across strategy, growth, lifecycle management, analytics, pricing, customer retention, and profitability. Lead product development from concept through optimization, drive digital and process improvements, oversee portfolio reporting, and ensure regulatory and governance compliance. Partner with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, Technology, and external stakeholders while serving as a subject matter expert.
