Monitor automated and manual batch jobs, servers, networks, applications, email alerts, and data center security systems. Manage backup media, media catalogs, split passwords, electronic keypress and CCTV systems. Escalate incidents and unauthorized activity, provide after-hours helpdesk support, and perform release management using Aldon LMI/LME.

Supports consumer lending sales teams by coordinating loan documentation, tracking applications, maintaining records, and assisting with onboarding and disbursement. Serves as a customer contact, performs preliminary compliance and credit-guideline checks, and manages high-volume documentation. Uses advanced Excel for sales pipeline analysis and reporting while coordinating with sales, credit operations, and customers.

Performs daily MAS and Nostro reconciliations, investigates and escalates outstanding items, prepares aging and management reports, and coordinates issue resolution with stakeholders. Supports finance operations, process improvements, automation initiatives, user testing, and reconciliation data validation. Requires strong Excel skills, accuracy with high-volume transactional data, independence, and effective communication.
