Requires at least three years of wealth sales experience, relevant financial licenses, and strong networking, negotiation, communication, and product knowledge skills.

Acquire new wealth-management customers, grow existing relationships, generate referrals, and achieve sales targets across wealth management, treasury, and insurance products. Provide compliant, customized financial advice, resolve service issues, maintain client satisfaction, and meet banking standards. Requires relevant Singapore financial certifications, retail banking sales experience, strong regulatory knowledge, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Manage complex banking document and data processing, account servicing, credit card operations, regulatory requests, reconciliations, exception handling, audit readiness, vendor performance, quality controls, and workflow improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert, support junior staff, conduct root cause analysis, maintain operational accuracy, and provide backup Team Lead coverage.
