Support and administer talent management frameworks, succession planning, and graduate programmes. Lead end-to-end campus recruitment and employer branding. Track talent data and dashboards, coordinate talent reviews and rotations, and support development planning for high-potential employees. Plan engagement, wellness and culture initiatives, manage HR vendors and budgets, and provide administrative support for HR projects and operations.

Conduct AML investigations for escalations to the Singapore FCC team, document findings, recommend post-investigation actions including STR filing, liaise with internal units, maintain records, support audits and regulatory requests, and drive process improvements to enhance investigation efficiency.

Support HR team with sourcing, interview coordination, basic data analysis and reporting, new-hire data cleanup, and general HR operations including ad-hoc projects and physical file clearing.
