Frequent travel and coordination across ATR directorates are required.

Leads regional and global commercial transformation projects for Satair, connecting regional teams with central process, performance, analytics, and automation functions. Owns project portfolio performance, financial impact, milestones, commercial excellence, continuous improvement, and Airbus Operating System roadmap implementation. Represents regional needs in global initiatives and customer satisfaction forums while influencing senior stakeholders and fostering innovation.

Manages post-sales customer support and account strategy for key Airbus aviation customers across APAC. Leads regional consulting coordination, project execution, governance, business development, financial objectives, stakeholder relationships, customer proposals, and internal alignment. Supports customer improvement plans, consulting missions, market intelligence, business cases, compliance, and cross-functional initiatives involving airlines, airports, MROs, and aviation authorities.

Provide local and global IT support by resolving incidents, service requests, hardware and software issues, access matters, and technical problems. Manage IT assets, inventory, procurement, software licenses, endpoint security, printers, and user equipment. Coordinate major incidents, support problem and change management, create knowledge documentation, train users, monitor systems, and contribute to IT projects and service improvements.

Leads APAC UAS defense and security business development, sales strategy, forecasting, customer relationships, competitive intelligence, marketing campaigns, and regional team performance. The role manages complex government and military opportunities, supports product roadmap decisions, coordinates demonstrations and aircraft delivery activities, maintains CRM data, and drives bookings, revenue, margin, and strategic growth targets across North Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
