Responsibilities include preparing quotes and order acceptances, reviewing contracts, coordinating with customers and internal teams, monitoring shipment backlogs and revenue risks, managing accounts receivable and letters of credit, and ensuring compliance with company controls and IFRS 15. The role also supports process improvement projects and requires strong communication, prioritization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Manage customer order lifecycles from quotation through invoicing while supporting Sales with compliant deal structures, contract reviews, order coordination, shipment backlog monitoring, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and letter-of-credit operations. The role coordinates with customers, Sales, factories, logistics, Finance, and Legal, and contributes to process improvement initiatives. Strong communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.

Process daily fixed asset transactions and month-end subledger closes per IFRS and internal controls. Maintain supporting documentation, coordinate annual physical counts, respond to auditors, and drive operational efficiency improvements in a shared services environment.

Administer and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Databases, SOA components, and cloud infrastructure (OCI/AWS/Azure). Perform installations, patches, HA/DR, backups, monitoring, performance tuning, automation, security/compliance, and L2/L3 support including on-call duties and documentation.
