Manage semiconductor equipment projects in Singapore by coordinating US, Taiwan, and local teams; overseeing OSAT consignment and production status; leading customer meetings; supporting technical solutions and on-site product validation; and providing daily project updates. The role requires collaboration with R&D and Field Service teams, cleanroom work when needed, short-notice domestic travel, and communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Leads sales and marketing strategy for semiconductor products, manages customer relationships and service contracts, develops forecasts and market intelligence, builds transaction cost models, identifies new business opportunities, presents products, and drives corporate initiatives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, sales leadership, negotiation, executive communication, customer acquisition, target achievement, and short-notice business travel.

Processes global customer orders end to end, including validation, booking, order changes, and purchase orders for outsourced manufacturers. Ensures compliance with company policies, financial controls, IFRS 15, service levels, data integrity, and audit requirements. Resolves order-related issues with Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, IT, and other global teams. Supports workload balancing, process improvements, and month-end operational activities in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
