Manages accounts payable, invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, supplier master data, bank maintenance, compliance controls, audit support, and operational reporting. Leads process improvements, e-invoicing and payment projects, supplier and procurement coordination, fraud prevention measures, and company initiatives supporting procure-to-pay systems and M&A. Requires strong accounting, ERP, analytical, project management, communication, and process improvement skills.

Analyzes, redesigns, and optimizes accounts payable finance processes in a global shared-services environment. Documents current processes, identifies control gaps and inefficiencies, engineers future-state solutions, and partners with IT on workflow automation and change deployment. Ensures IFRS, statutory, internal-control, compliance, and audit-readiness requirements. Creates technical specifications and user guides, conducts training, and manages stakeholder communications.

Owns the functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of finance ERP solutions, primarily Oracle Financials. Translates finance requirements and future-state process designs into functional specifications, workflows, reports, integrations, controls, and test plans. Coordinates with business process engineers, IT, implementation partners, and finance stakeholders while supporting data migration, cutover, training, go-live, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-implementation optimization.
