Drive unsecured loan acquisition, product proposition, pricing, and P&L performance across digital channels. Manage the full product lifecycle, including applications, approvals, portfolio growth, cross-selling, retention, BNPL and cash-loan partnerships, campaigns, regulatory compliance, process improvements, and launch readiness. Monitor competition, identify growth opportunities, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure systems, procedures, training, and communications support successful product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-led growth strategies for the credit card and unsecured instalment loan portfolios, aligned with the Bank’s revenue and profitability objectives.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of portfolio initiatives across acquisition, customer engagement, revenue optimisation and balance growth management.
- Design targeted customer campaigns and pricing strategies using customer segmentation, behavioural insights and lifecycle triggers.
- Track and analyse portfolio performance, including balances, utilisation, revolve behaviour, instalment conversion to identify opportunities and improve business performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor propositions and customer needs to identify actions required to maintain product competitiveness.
- Work independently with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to drive business growth across various channels and touchpoints, while ensuring all above and below the line communications are in compliance with legal, regulatory and other Bank guidelines.
- Ensure back office readiness in terms of systems, processes, procedures and training requirements to support campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in product management, portfolio management, consumer lending or retail banking
Competencies/Skills
- Strong knowledge of unsecured lending product and portfolio
- Good analytical skills and P&L management skills to translate data and insights into business actions, achieving revenue and proftiability outcomes
- Knowledge in portfolio analytics, customer segmentation and product lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of various credit and operational risks, control and compliance for unsecured lending
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
