Your Role and Impact: As a Tech Lead at Slash, you will orchestrate the symphony of NodeJS, Typescript, Java backends, and frontend marvels like ReactJS and VueJS. Picture yourself architecture sophisticated systems and propelling fast-growing startups to new heights. Your role as a guiding light will include, pioneering best practices and innovative processes for frontend and backend stacks. Empowering solution architects, scrum masters, and development teams to craft top-tier backend systems for our esteemed global clientele.

- Multiple experiences leading and building small teams of developers.
- A portfolio boasting 10+ years of immersive exploration as full stack engineers with strong expertise in JS stacks: NodeJs, Typescript, ReactJS, NextJS, and an expansive array of technologies.
- A strong expertise and hands-on experience in AWS and its services such as Route53, Load Balancer, ECS, Lambda, SQS, Cloudwatch, S3, Cloudfront, etc.
- A magician's touch with databases for SQL Server and cache management (Redis). NoSQL (MongoDB) being a good plus.
- Fluent command of RESTful APIs, with bonus points for your prowess in GraphQ.
Requirements
What Sets You Apart:
Experience in a startup in a leadership position is a definite plus.
Mastery of automated testing frameworks. And an affinity for Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a good plus.
Adeptness in event-driven concepts, crowned by hands-on experience with AWS SQS/SNS, or other message bus: Kafka, Active MQ, or RabbitMQ.
Design sensibilities spanning Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP).
Strong in troubleshooting and solving technical problems, and able to work under pressure.
Experience in deploying and maintaining high availability applications.
Docker mastery, and a nod to Kubernetes expertise.
AWS wizardry, from configuration and deployment to CI/CD mastery.
Proficiency in Linux server configuration and troubleshooting.
A ceaseless curiosity for emerging technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, Flutter, ExpressJS, MongoDB, Serverless architectures, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.
